  1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our work—which involves time, resources, and creative effort—all payments made to Optics Click Solutions are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that certain circumstances may warrant a refund under specific conditions outlined below.

  1. Milestone-Based Payments

If your project is structured with milestone payments:

Refunds for upcoming milestones may be requested only if work has not yet started on that milestone.

Once a milestone has commenced and deliverables are in progress, refunds will not be issued for that portion of the payment.

In case of project cancellation by the client before completion, payment for completed milestones will be retained.

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

Failure to deliver services as outlined in the signed agreement or project scope.

Mutual agreement between both parties to terminate the project early.

Duplicate or erroneous payment (subject to verification).

To request a refund, the client must submit a written request via email within 7 days of the disputed charge or delivery.

No refunds will be issued for:

Completed milestones or delivered work.

Delays caused by incomplete client input, feedback, or documentation.

Services involving third-party costs (e.g., domain registrations, software licenses, paid ad credits).

Change-of-mind requests after project commencement.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, we encourage you to contact us immediately. Our team will work with you to address the concern and, where applicable, provide revisions in line with the agreed-upon project scope.
